Hi, I’m Kate, a wedding planner with a heart for creating meaningful, seamless celebrations. With over 10 years of experience in event planning and a background as a school counselor, I bring both expertise and empathy to every wedding I coordinate. My journey into weddings began through planning church and school events, but it truly became my passion after coordinating a close friend’s wedding - an experience that inspired me to turn what I love into a full-time business. I feel honored to be part of such special moments and am dedicated to helping couples bring their vision to life.

My approach is rooted in connection, trust, and calm organization. I take the time to truly get to know each couple so I can understand their vision and execute it exactly as they’ve imagined. Throughout the planning process, I provide consistent support with scheduled Zoom meetings, unlimited communication, and hands-on coordination - from leading rehearsals to being on-site for up to 10 hours on the big day. My goal is for couples to feel confident, supported, and completely at ease, knowing every detail is taken care of so they can be fully present and enjoy their wedding day.

A little about me
When I’m not planning weddings, I’m working as a school counselor and spending time in San Diego with my golden retriever, Mazie. I’m a woman of faith who loves traveling, visiting Disneyland, and most of all, helping others. Building genuine connections with my couples is one of the most meaningful parts of what I do, and I’m so grateful to play a role in such an important day in their lives.

01. What areas do you serve?
I am based in San Diego and primarily serve San Diego County, but I also travel for weddings. I have experience coordinating celebrations in and out of state and am always open to discussing travel weddings depending on your needs.
02. How far in advance should we book your services?
I recommend booking as early as possible, especially for full planning services that begin up to 12 months in advance. However, I also offer partial planning and month-of coordination options depending on your timeline.
03. What is included in your wedding planning services?
Each package varies, but services may include vendor and venue recommendations, timeline creation, design guidance, RSVP tracking, rehearsal coordination, and up to 10 hours of on-site wedding day management including setup, execution, and clean-up.
04. How do you support couples throughout the planning process?
My approach is calm, organized, and supportive. I get to know each couple personally so I can understand their vision and bring it to life seamlessly. Depending on your package, you can expect Zoom meetings, consistent communication, detailed planning support, and hands-on coordination so you can fully enjoy your wedding day stress-free.
